Ciel was founded in 1967 by Harry Clark specializing in large format prints. In 2023, the company was left to Tina Fagan - an employee at Ciel for over 20 years. Her daughter Jessica Pelletier joined the business in 2022 and together they have expanded the company to personalized gifts. We are a woman owned and operated small business located in the picturesque town of Old Saybrook, CT.
